结构组成：

该系列混凝土配料机均由给料系统、称量系统和电气控制系统这三大部分组成。
The series of concrete batching machines are composed of three parts, the feeding system, the weighing system and the electrical control system.
（1）给料系统 ：由储料斗和给料装置组成，主要功能是存储物料和在控制系统的控制下，向称料斗加料。
(1) feed system: it consists of a storage hopper and a feeding device. The main function is to store material and to feed the hopper under the control of the control system.
给料系统的形式：PLD800-1200型，为皮带机给料；

（2）称量系统：称量系统是配料机的关键部分，由称料斗、悬挂装置及称量系统传感器、配料控制仪等组成。

（3）电气控制系统：电气控制系统是配料机核心部件，它的功能是实现整个配料机的称量、显示、操作及完成各种自动配料程序。该系统主要由配料控制仪和强电回路两部分构成。其外形结构及使用详见《配料控制器使用说明书》。
(3) electrical control system: the electric control system is the core part of the batching machine. Its function is to realize the weighing, displaying, operating and completing various automatic batching programs of the batching machine. The system is mainly composed of two parts: the batching control instrument and the strong electric circuit. The details of its configuration and use are detailed in the instructions for the use of the batching controller.
